The Financial Services Authority (FSA), the independent watchdog that regulates financial services in the United Kingdom, requires us to give you this document.

CTUA, whose registered office is Standard House, 12 - 13 Essex Street, London, WC2R 3AA, United Kingdom, is an appointed representative of its holding company, Charles Taylor plc (CT), and both companies are regulated by the FSA.

Who we are

CTUA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Charles Taylor plc ("CT"), which is quoted on the London Stock Exchange. At December 31, 2007 CT had no investment in any company outside of its group, and no person owned more than 10% of CT’s issued share capital.

We are the appointed managers of the Wavelength consortium, which is made up of various Lloyd’s of London syndicates. We act solely on behalf of the Wavelength consortium and its underwriters.

What we will do for you

We will consider your application for cover and then propose terms from Wavelength underwriters. It may be necessary for us to ask you further questions or for further details.

What we will not do for you

You will not receive any advice or recommendation from us as to the most appropriate policy terms for your needs.

Description of Coverage Terms

When we offer you terms of cover, we will send you a brief description of the coverage and policy terms the Wavelength consortium is prepared to offer for your risks. The coverage is based on the Wavelength standard wordings which can be viewed and accessed on the Wavelength website, or on such other terms which may be agreed with the Wavelength underwriters.
